We have union service reps who tell the State Employees they have no rights and then get positions as arbitrators for the state. When a Connecticut State Employee files a complaint they are harassed and abused and then asked by the State's lawyers why they keep adding complaints. My point is; if the people who work for state agencies are abused like this when we file complaints then how can anyone expect justice?
