It's great that Lieberman wants to help Whistleblowers but what about those of us who work for the State of Connecticut? We have union service reps who tell the State Employees they have no rights and then get positions as arbitrators for the state. When a Connecticut State Employee files a complaint they are harassed and abused and then asked by the State's lawyers why they keep adding complaints.
My point is; if the people who work for state agencies are abused like this when we file complaints then how can anyone expect justice?
